OUR RETURN POLICY

As a small business, we need to uphold certain policies to stay afloat. We will always accept returns and exchanges as we understand the challenges of online ordering.  

Customers will need to pay the shipping on returns and exchanges unless the return/exchange results from our error. We will refund returns as store credit, which will never expire. 
Accurate measurements of yourself or your child are so helpful and important for us to ensure the dress is a great fit before completing the sale.

Customers must complete returns/exchanges within 30 days of receiving the dress.  

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Our processing time is 1-3 business days.  Processing time is the time we take to receive, pack, and ship your order.  Processing time is on top of the shipping time.

We are extremely diligent and we process most orders on the same day you purchase them.  However, if you need a dress expedited, please do not use the standard shipping options.  Please message us on the website or via Facebook and we are happy to discuss expedited shipping options, such as overnight shipping.
